Vacation certificate offers are presented by Honest Vacation Marketing on behalf of Gateways Unlimited and are fulfilled by Customer Service Network Group (CSNG), our fulfillment provider. To receive a certificate offer, attendance at one live presentation (approximately 45–60 minutes) is required; there is no charge to attend. Qualification criteria — including age 35–72, attending as a couple, and not having attended a vacation-ownership presentation in the prior 90 days — are set by the offer provider. Limit one certificate offer per household in any 90-day period.
Each certificate's government taxes, carrier and agency fees, and refundable deposit are stated on its offer page and in the certificate's own terms, are subject to change by the fulfillment provider, and deposits are refundable until travel is confirmed. Honest Vacation Marketing (a brand of Elite Marketing Solutions LLC) operates an SMS program that sends recurring marketing and transactional text messages to individuals who opt in through our website form. Messages include vacation-offer details you requested, appointment confirmations and reminders for your scheduled live presentation, replies to your questions, and related travel offers. This program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older; by opting in you confirm you are at least 18.
Message frequency, rates & opting out. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the offers you request. Message and data rates may apply — these are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
